My dog is jumping and licking my face
Why I say...

Brother was born #sliceoflife2018

November 12... around 7 in the morning

My sisters come running into my room saying my mom is going to the hospital and at this point I’m just shock and run up stairs to go see what’s up. Running up stairs I hear my mom start to say something and she is sitting on the bed. She says that she and my dad are going to the hospital and my mom is going to have the baby. Right now my dad is panicking and just freaking out he tries to get my mom down the stairs as fast as he can but my mom can barely walk. My dad gets everything and now they are finally out the house and rush to the hospital. Close to a hour and a half I get a message from my dad. The baby was born at 8:35 and he’s a big baby. At this moment I just start to scream and tell my sisters and my grandpa and grandma. And now he is 3 months and still a beautiful big baby. ❤️💫

Abduction. . .

Abduction by:Peg Kehret

Abduction is about a boy named Matt who is kidnapped going to the bathroom by his own father which he doesn’t know at first but finds out towards the middle of the whole situation. After school as Bonnie (Matt’s older sister) is looking for Matt but he is no where to be found. She ask the students and the teachers but they just tell her that he’s just lost, but she doesn’t believe it she thinks he’s missing that something else might have happened to him. She is doing everything in her power to find out who has her brother and what they want. Will she find him? Does she ever find out who did it?

This book was really good and I didn’t want to stop reading it. I think I would relate because I would do anything form my siblings if they were kidnap  or anything. But the book is amazing and very good to read if you like to read about mystery or anything with crime.

Effort.... #oneword2018

Effort:determined attempt.
         |> having made a firm decision and being resolved not to change it.

I choose effort as my one word, because for 2018 I want to say that I at least tried to become a better person of my self and say I was determine to try and not just give up when times get hard. One way this word connect to me is I want to be stronger not just physically but mentally and me independent. If I don’t give effort and don’t give a determined attempt I will never succeed to work on my own and be stable if anything try’s to knock me down. Ways that I will try not to give up is to try and not be worried and keep moving forward and try not to give up when facing situations.

Effort:determined attempt.

This book is about a kids that lives in a pretty bad neighborhood we’re threres gang life. One day before Christmas there was a murder in one of the stores. He was shocked when he seen it on the news, when he heard a knock at the door it was the cops. He had been one of the people being charged with a murder he says he didn’t do. When it get more into the book it describes the every move and every detail brought to find the killer of this poorman. The book was really good you should read to book to find out if he was convicted of murder or not.

The Crossover book review

The Crossover by Kwame Alexander is an amazing book. The book talks about a boy named Josh Bell who plays basketball and has a twin brother who also plays ball. His dad used to play ball and now he doesn’t because medical reason. Through out the story it talks about how a new girl comes to school and Filthy (Josh) likes her but so does his brother. They start getting into fights and as the basketball championship come along there dad gets worst. They start getting distracted from basketball and everything around them starts to slow down.

In the book I noticed some signpost their coach told Filthy, “You can get used to things going well, but you’re never prepared for something going wrong.” This means that if you’re just used to things going good then the wrong things are going to hit you like a wreaking ball. Filthy Dad told him “Boys, your talent will help you win games, but your intelligence, that will help you win life.” What I thought the quote meant was focus on school because on day you can get hurt and you will not be able to play and school can always be the back up plan.

A quote and how it shows me

I am a quiet person to a lot of people and they think just because I'm quiet I'm shy. I'm a quiet  person but I talk when needed. I am not a shy person,  I'm the opposite of shy. My brain is over flowing with thoughts and ideas. This quote shows so much about me and who I am as a person. I have so much ideas that I want to do and change the wrong things that are happening in this world. But it's not about the credit you get but the thing you did to change that problem. This is true to me because people that just say there going to do something but don't do it are "weak." When you act and keep quiet, you're not only helping someone/something out but your showing others that it's not about the credit but the act.
