The Butterfly Project

It All Depends on How You Look at It by Miroslav Kosek Terezin is full of beauty. It's in your eyes now clear And through the street the tramp Of many marching feet I hear. In the ghetto at Terezin, It looks that way to me, Is a square kilometer of earth Cut off from the world that's free. Death, after all, claims everyone, You find it everywhere. It catches up with even those Who wear their noses in the air. The whole, wide world is ruled With a certain justice, so That helps perhaps to sweeten The poor man's pain and woe. The poem is about Miroslav Kosek inside the Terezin. Writing about Terezin and how people have different perspectives of the Terezin. I understood that there is two side to Terezin which is a “good” side and a “bad” side. That’s what made Terezin the way it was and the way the author wrote the poem, because there are two sides to every story.

Love your family #sliceoflife2018

Today was my friends birthday party and she turned 15. Her mom was saying words for her and everything that was in mind. She said when you were a baby I seen a bigger a better party but I couldn't give you that cause of everything but this party I know it's not big but it comes from my heart. This made me think wow our mothers are the one that support us from day they found out they were pregnant they are our best friends when no one seems to like us. Even though she could give her what she wanted she gave her what she could what came from the heart. So we have to cherish every moment with our family cause you never know what could happen. So love one another dont judge one another.

Who killed her. . .

Hear No Evil Sudden Death By:Sara Howell (young adult fiction) is about a girl named Sara and she is deaf. Her friend Amy was found dead in a park. Everybody says it was a accident and she hit her head on a rock. But Sara doesn't believe it she thinks it was Amy's boyfriend Mark that killed her. As she keeps trying to solve the case, she is getting threats that tell her they are going to kill her. But who killed Amy her loving, jealous boyfriend, or someone else someone she doesn't know someone she has seen before.

The best thing about the whole book is she never gave up and she stayed looking for her friend. Which shows to never give up and keep moving forward.

Movies #sliceoflife2018

Today I went to the movies and seen a movie called "I can only imagine." The movies was every emotional and inspirational. It was telling the story behind the writer of the song "I can only imagine" and he basically wrote the song for his dad, because his dad would beat him and hurt him so much. But he said when he left home his dad change with the power of God. He seen his dad as a monster and he hated him. But when he came back to see him he said that's the man he wanted to become like his father.

Tily #sliceoflife2018

When I got my dog he was super tiny and very light. My dad hid him inside of his jacket and no one seen him until he put he on the floor. I was so shocked and confused why my dad have gotten a dog. But my dog was so shy and afraid of everything, everything was so bigger than him. The next morning he was running everywhere around the house. Going under the couch and under my bed waiting so we would get him out and then he will run out. He is 2 years old now 5 times bigger than he was 2 years ago.
